The first entry for 2010. Already things are going far better then this time last year where I was sitting around in my dressing gown waiting for the time to Sign On at the Job Centre. I believe Sunday's were the days where I would pick conflakes from my Belly Button whilst in deep contemplation as to how I might escape from my despair.
So yes, life is good, because I am working. I guess that Oscar Wilde quote rings true - “The best way to appreciate your job is to imagine yourself without one.”
To Tidy up a few loose ends - here is probably the finest review of Dead End Road. I would like to thank Stu Hatton for writing such a wonderful, well balanced appraisal of the collection.
